Ingredients Chana dal - 2 tsp Urad Dal - 2 tsp Cumin seeds/ Jeera - 1tsp Coriander seeds - 1tsp Methi Seeds - 1/4th tsp Dry Red chilli- 5 Hing powder - Pinch Grated coconut - 1/2 cup Turmeric powder- A pinch Method 1. Dry roast all the ingredient for 10 min and let it cool. 2. Blend it into smooth powder and use in sambar.
