Ingredients * Millet of your choice - 1 cup * Onion - 1 thinly chopped * Carrot - 1 finely chopped * Capsicum - 1 finely chopped * Green chilli - 1 finely chopped * Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp * Turmeric powder - Pinch * Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp * Oil or Ghee - 1 tsp * Salt to taste * Water - 1 cup * Coriander leaves for Garnishing Method 1. Take a wok and add oil/ghee to it and let it heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and wait for it to crackle. 3. Add chopped onion and saute it for a min. 4. Add carrot and capsicum and fry for 2 min. 5.
