Then this is the perfect recipe I have it for you all.
Now there is a trend in millet recipe, so thought of sharing with you guys my version of simple, easy yet tasty millet pulao recipe.

Ingredients

* Millet of your choice - 1 cup
* Onion - 1 thinly chopped
* Carrot - 1 finely chopped
* Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
* Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
* Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder - Pinch
* Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
* Oil or Ghee - 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Water - 1 cup
* Coriander leaves for Garnishing

Method

1. Take a wok and add oil/ghee to it and let it heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and wait for it to crackle.
3. Add chopped onion and saute it for a min.
4. Add carrot and capsicum and fry for 2 min.
5. Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder, mix well.
6. Add millet and saute for a min and then add water.
7. Cook it for 15 min with closed lid.
8. Once cooked, garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.

Thats all folks.. So try this yummy pulao recipe for a week and you can see the change in your weight!!
