Red Pumpkin Fry - kaddhu Rawa Tawa Fry - Dudhe Podi
Our own Pumpkin or Dudhi is widely available in India.. And People from all states prepare different variety of Dudhi..
Some prepare sabzi, some curry and some sweet like halwa.
This recipe is authentic Mangalore style.

Ingredients
Pumpkin - 15 pieces
Rice flour- 3 to 4 tbsp
Red chilli pow - 2 tsp
Hing pow - pinch
Salt to taste
Rava or Semolina - 4tbsp
Oil for frying
Water for making paste
Method
1. De Skin pumpkin, make into slices and keep.
2. In a bowl add rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, hing, water and make a paste of it.
3. Dip pumpkin pieces into the paste and apply rava to it and keep.
4. Take a pan and grease oil to it.
5. Tava fry the pumpkin pieces to crispy one and serve.To see the video see the link!!
