Curry leaves Spicy Powder - Karibevu Chutney Hudi



When you are lazy some days and bored of cooking, you can have this chutney powder with rice and ghee.. Prepare before hand and keep and you can store it for a month in a air tight container and enjoy whenever required!!

Ingredients

Grated coconut - 1 full coconut
Horsegram or Chana Dal - 1 small cup
Red chillies - 10
Tamarind - small piece
Curry leaves - 1 bunch
Salt to taste

Method

1. Roast all ingredients seperately one after other except salt and keep it for cooling.
2. Mix the salt and grind to smooth powder.
