Ridge Gourd 4 ingredient Sabzi

Ingredients

Ridgegourd - 1 chopped
Ghee- 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Red chilli - 2 broken
Salt to taste



Method

1. Take a pan and add ghee
2. Once ghee becomes hot add mustard seeds and red chilli
3. As mustard crackles add Ridgegourd and salt, mix well and close lid and cook for 10 min.
4. Ridgegourd will reduce its size and will become the way it is in pic.
