Vegetable Maggi Masala || Spicy Maggi Masala ||
Maggi is almost everyone's favourite, especially when you are hungry and want something instantly.
To enhance the taste we add vegetable and it becomes healthy too.
So give it a try and enjoy!!
Ingredients
Maggi Noodles - 1 packet
Oil- 2 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato -1 chopped
Carrot- 1 chopped
Beans - 5 chopped
Mushroom - half cup
Chilli pow- 1 tsp
Turmeric pow
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Water as required
Method
1. Take a pan and add oil, once oil heats up add onion and saute till golden brown.
2. Next add tomato ans saute till it becomes mushy.
3. Add remaining vegies, saute well for 10 min.
4. Add red chiili and turmeric pow, maggi masala, mix well.
5. Add water and cook vegies for 5 min.
6. Add noodles, some more water and cook for 5 more min.
