Paneer Paratha with Raita
Ingredients for Paratha
Wheat flour- 2 cups (serving 5 parathas)
Water- as needed
Salt to taste
Ghee- 3 tbsp
Paneer- 50 grams curmbled
Green chilli- 1 finely chopped
Ginger- 1/2 inch grated
Chat masala-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- 2 tsp chopped
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain- 1/4 tsp
Method
1- Make the chapati dough and keep for some 15 mins.
Tip- Add 1 tbsp of ghee while making dough.
2- Mix all other ingredients from paneer to to end of the list with some salt, mix well and keep.
3- Now make Chapati balls and fill the paneer mixture.
4- Roll it like chapati but little thicker and tawa roast in with some ghee.
5- Paneer Paratha is ready.
Raita
Ingredients
Curd- 1 bowl
Salt to taste
Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Hing powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Oil- 1 tsp
Method
1- Beat the curd and salt to make creamy texture
2- In a tempering utensil add oil and let it heat up.
3- Add jeera, chilli powder and hing, switch off the flame and temper the curd.
