Ingredients for Paratha Wheat flour- 2 cups (serving 5 parathas) Water- as needed  Salt to taste Ghee- 3 tbsp Paneer- 50 grams curmbled Green chilli- 1 finely chopped Ginger- 1/2 inch grated Chat masala-1/4 tsp Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder-1/2 tsp Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp Garam masala-1/2 tsp Coriander leaves- 2 tsp chopped Jeera- 1/2 tsp Ajwain- 1/4 tsp Method 1- Make the chapati dough and keep for some 15 mins. Tip- Add 1 tbsp of ghee while making dough. 2- Mix all other ingredients from paneer to to end of the list with some salt, mix well and keep. 3- Now make Chapati balls and fill the paneer mixture. 4- Roll it like chapati but little thicker and tawa roast in with some ghee. 5- Paneer Paratha is ready. Ingredients Coffee powder- 2 tbsp Sugar- 3 tbsp Hot water- 2 tbsp Ice cubes- 4 Cold milk- Half cup Recipe Add coffee powder, sugar and water in a mixing bowl and with the help of electric beater/whisker, beat well upto 5 min to form a creamy texture. Next take a glass, add ice cubes, milk and the cream which we whisked. Cold Dalgona is ready!!

Now there is a trend in millet recipe, so thought of sharing with you guys my version of simple, easy yet tasty millet pulao recipe. Ingredients * Millet of your choice - 1 cup * Onion - 1 thinly chopped * Carrot - 1 finely chopped * Capsicum - 1 finely chopped * Green chilli - 1 finely chopped * Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp * Turmeric powder - Pinch * Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp * Oil or Ghee - 1 tsp * Salt to taste * Water - 1 cup * Coriander leaves for Garnishing Method 1. Take a wok and add oil/ghee to it and let it heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and wait for it to crackle. 3. Add chopped onion and saute it for a min. 4. Add carrot and capsicum and fry for 2 min. 5. Carrot Halwa is favourite sweet dish of most of us. Atleast one person from a house likes this dessert. So let us see the easiest and quickest method of preparing carrot halwa with the available ingredients at home! Ingredients Carrot - 4 medium sized shredded Milk - 1 cup Sugar - 8 to 10 spoons Ghee - 3 to 4 tbsp Dry fruits of your choice - Half a cup Method 1. Switch on the gas flame and keep a pan and allow it to get hot. 2. Once pan is hot, add 2tbsp of ghee, it melts immedietly. 3. Next add shredded carrot and saute it on medium flame for 10 min. 4. You can see carrot quantity has reduced. 5. Now add milk, mix well , lower the flame and close lid. Let it cook for about 20 min. 6. Keep checking in between. 7.
